I'm Katie, and I'm passionate about helping people connect with their bodies to feel their best! I have a background in exercise science and kinesiology, and I've worked as a stretch practitioner and physical therapy aide in both hospitals and private clinics. This experience has given me a solid understanding of how the body moves and what people need to improve their mobility and manage stress.
