Our Programs

We will drive to you to offer in-home 1 hour fitness sessions up to 25 minutes away from Oregon City. Coaching includes strength, endurance, resistance, mobility, and muscle release work. We focus on stress prevention and stress relief so you can better understand your own body. Sessions can be private or group (Up to 4 people) with optional online check-ups afterwards to adapt current fitness plans and provide accountability.

In-shop sessions at our location in Oregon City may be requested.

How Does Your Intro Consultation Work?
Consultations are free to you to see if this service is right for you! We will evaluate your current fitness and develop goals and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Includes one 10 minute phone call prior to your complementary 1 hour session. Sessions can happen at your home, at a park, or in Oregon City.
